SHIPPING, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS
SHIPPING

We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders will have an additional shipping cost. Allow 4-10 business days for delivery in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders.
REPLACEMENT
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@sidebysidefury.com and send your item to: 747 S. Gilbert St. Castle Rock, CO 80104.
RETURNS
If a part doesn’t fit, don’t try to “make it fit” and risk damaging the part, your car, or yourself! Side by Side FURY is not responsible for any costs exceeding the cost of the part, and we will not accept returns of parts that have been installed or modified.
Wrong, damaged, or defective items:
Our goal is for you, our valued customer, to be satisfied with your purchase. Items sent incorrectly, damaged, or defective will be exchanged or refunded in full.
If an item needs to be returned, please contact Side By Side FURY for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) within seven (7) days of receipt.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt.
The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box, and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation must be placed inside. Returns will not be processed without an RA#.
All items (even defective items) should be returned in as clean condition as possible. Shipping fees are not refundable. We may require additional information to process a return, including pictures, shipping information, etc.
ALL OTHER RETURNS:
For discrepancies not related to damaged, defective or wrong items, the customer must contact Side By Side FURY seven (7) days of receipt to get an RA# (Return Authorization Number).
No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt.
Customers have 14 days from receipt to return items prior to use. The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box, and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation must be placed inside. Returns will not be processed without an RA#.
There will be a 25% restocking fee for the authorized return of new products. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging, and all instructions must be in 100% resalable condition, or we may refuse to issue credit.
The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges unless we shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Shipping fees are not refundable. We may require additional information to process a return, including pictures, shipping information, etc.
Sorry, no returns on discounted, closeout, custom, or electronic components.
